PostGo is a social media management platform operated by Nature Gold LLC. We help businesses and creators schedule, generate, and publish content across social media platforms.

Data We Collect

• •OAuth Tokens: Access tokens from connected platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube)
• •Social Account Identifiers: Page IDs, channel IDs, and profile information from connected platforms
• •Content: Post text, images, and videos you create or upload
• •Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and usage data for security and analytics

How We Use Your Data

• •Publishing & Scheduling: To post content to your connected social media accounts
• •Content Generation: To generate AI-powered text, images, and videos based on your preferences
• •Integration Management: To connect and manage your social media platform integrations
• •Technical Analytics: To improve service performance and troubleshoot issues

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with third parties only as necessary to provide our services:

• •Social Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google/YouTube – to publish your content
• •AI Providers: OpenAI, Abacus.AI – only when you use AI content generation features
• •Cloud Services: AWS – for secure data storage

Data Retention

Service Description

PostGo is a social media management platform that enables you to:

• •Schedule and publish posts to connected social media platforms
• •Manage multiple brands and channels

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate account information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• •Not use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

Content Ownership

• •Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• •AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is licensed to you for use
• •Service License: You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• •Content published to your social media accounts
• •Actions taken by social media platforms regarding your account
• •Service interruptions or technical issues
• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• •Your account information (email, name, password)
• •All OAuth tokens and social media connections
• •All posts, channels, and content you created
• •All uploaded media files
• •All settings and preferences

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records) as required by applicable laws.

Disconnecting Social Platforms

To disconnect a social platform integration without deleting your account:

1. 1.Go to Settings in your PostGo dashboard
2. 2.Select the channel you want to disconnect
3. 3.Click Disconnect next to the platform

This will revoke our access to that platform and delete the associated tokens.
